We transferred to this hotel after finding the Suitehotel lacking in amenities and comfort. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself is lovely. The breakfast was overpriced and not very good, but the restaurant was very nice with a great view. Room service was delicious and prompt. The wireless service is sketchy and may not be available in all rooms. Beds were very comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel mainly to try out the famous Sofitel SoBed. Indeed, the bed was absolutely amazing, and we will be ordering one soon for our own home. The hotel offers free internet and other business services such as foreign daily papers. Despite being a business hotel the service was very friendly and personalised,e.g. we would receive a lovely breakfast tray even if we missed the breakfast timeline. The bar staff would also remember your name.

On the top floor the hotel boasts a lovely little pool and terrace with nice views. The location is central above the shopping mall. I can't fault this hotel, except for that it isn't particularly unique and you have to pay for parking.

I stayed at the Sofitel for a week while on a business trip. The room was beautiful, including a comfortable bed and flat screen TV. The hotel, while very nice, does n ot have much of a unique personality.

We struggled, like other reviews stated, to find the hotel. We could see it but the roads were confusing leading up to it. Also, I had requested a non-smoking room and they were unable to fulfill it. That said, the smoke smell was not prevalent and it didn't bother me during my stay.

It is connected thru the parking garage to a large mall, including a supermarket and wine shop. It is also within easy walking distance of the Comedie (city center) with lovely shops and restaurants.
