I stayed here one night with my wife on a trip to Barcelona and the South of France. The hotel itself was very nice, in a very nice part of Montpellier. The staff and service across the board however were completely inadequate for an establishment of its class.
To cite specifics: when we arrived back to our room in the evening, we discovered there was no remote control for the flat panel television. when I went to pick up the phone to call the front desk, there was no dialtone. I ventured down to the front desk to explain the situation and was told the phone would be turned on right away and was given a remote control. the remote control did not work, and when I went to pick up the phone to report it, it still didn't work either. I went back down to report it, was told again that the phone would be turned on, and that someone would bring a remote control to the room. the phone was never turned on, but a portar arrived about 45 minutes later, after I'd already fallen asleep, with yet another remote control that still didn't work. in the morning, the breakfast was advertised on weekends from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. We arrived at 10:10 a.m. and the majority of the food was put away, but we didn't have any options so we paid the 22 Euros per person for the breakfast anyway and didn't get any sort of service whatsoever. I recommend passing on this establishment - I know I will next time.
