My wife and I stayed here for a weekend a few weeks ago. As some other reviews have said the location is very central, we also found it surprisingly quiet and the building is a nice old building with the much mentioned glass roof over the atrium.
Unfortunately, thats the positive stuff. The rooms are not great - beds were not very comfortable, decor was dated and not well looked after. We found the staff to be not particularly helpful - there was no hot water the first morning that we were there and the staff didn't tell us when it was fixed even though we raised it with them.
I know Toulouse quite well and believe me, there are much better hotels around in the centre of town than this place - its a nice building, but not a good hotel
