Stayed at the Wilson Square for 3 nights while in Toulouse for a Rugby match. Decent hotel, comfortable and clean. It is also in a good location.

Not really a big fan of the city but they sure love their rugby, if you are in it on a Heineken Cup weekend, it will be great fun. Make sure you go down to the Irish Pub, The Melting Pot on Blvd. de Strasbourg, a great spot.

The hotel is very reasonably priced as well so I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed for three nights in March 2005. They had messed up the resevation and thought we staying only for two, and had given us a room with shower rather than a room with a bath.

Nothing wrong with the place; quite reasonably priced, rooms clean if a little old-fashioned, staff reasonably friendly but unlikely to win any awards.

If I were to go to Toulouse again though... I think I might consider the Ours Blanc Wilson or de France opposite as I think they might be nicer (in the first case) or better value (in the second). It's a sort of "in-between" hotel that is neither particularly nice nor particularly cheap. Perhaps you would be better off deciding which is more important to you rather than end up with neither?!

We stayed here over the weekend and it was very centrally located and the rooms were about what we expected to be a two star hotel. It was very close to the covered markets at Place Victor Hugo where you could buy everything you need in terms of food.
