This is my fav hotel in Nice, for location, the refurbished rooms, wow! overlooking the private pristine gardens, rooftop pool and bar, beats a 5 star hotel. Make sure you get a refurbished room, mostly for pilots so i was told, it was quiet, super clean, very modern, spacious. Top notch for comfort, quiet, staff excellent at check in and rooftop bar / pool. What a great stay, so handy for the tram and shops, train station, airport bus etc.

We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of september, wasn't to confident in the hotel after the reviews section not exactly being full of good comments, but we were nothing but impressed with the service from the moment we arrived until we left.

We arrived early but were given a room straight away, the room was a good size for europe, one of the largest bathrooms we have experienced on our european travels. The room appeared to have renovated recently as everything was spotless and the furniture was all in excellent condition.

Didn't use the pool, but it was a nice place to relax and good views of the city

Nice is an excellent place to base yourself in for seeing the cote d'Azur, monaco and cannes are easily reachable by train (only 10 mins walk from hotel).

Stayed here in july. Smart hotel and great location. Room was just the standard city hotel room- we had a view of garden so had a nice quiet room.Small swimming pool on rooftop with great view and bar. Ground floor sheltered garden area for a bit of sunbathing/book reading.
Great location for walking Nice with Promenade Anglais about 10 min stroll from hotel 5 mins walk to tram or train station. Trains to Monaco and Cannes take about 20 mins and fares around 12 euro return. Good quality hotel and perfect for a city break.-we booked directly with the hotel on their website and got a better deal.

This hotel is directly across from Notre Dame in Nice. It is centrally located--close to bus, train, and tram lines. The room we had was spacious and clean and the king-sized bed was great. The bathtub was very large and comfortable; the wc was in a separate room. The room had plenty of storage space and a safe.

The hotel has a very nice rooftop pool and sauna and a restaurant. Unfortunately, pool hours were somewhat limited (9am to 8pm I believe). The breakfast provided was more than the usual continental breakfasts you expect at European hotels.

The hotel staff was the friendliest and most helpful we encountered on this trip.
