We stayed at the Beau Rivage from the 3rd - 7th July.
We were a group of 6 girls in total and we booked 2 x Delux rooms and requested 3 single beds in each room which the Hotel agreed to do in advance for us.
The rooms were quite spacious, bathrooms were a bit small, but then we only needed them to get showered, dressed and out! Beds were very comfortable and clean.
Our friends room (next door) opened out into a little courtyard which was nice, ours just looked out onto it which was a bit strange as it would have been nice to also have had the access. But we just used their room for this.
We had a bit of a nightmare with the key cards as we kept on being locked out of our room (like 15 times) we didnt realise until the last day that every time a new key card is issued all three need to be changed at the same time...thus, we ended up with about 30 keys!...
The Hotel is very modern and its location is Superb.
The private beach is expensive €17 per day but if you can afford it, do it. You get front row loungers (apparently these are more expensive) an umbrella and towels. The beach guys are very helpful and food and drinks are yummy although a tad pricey.
A dj sets up at 3pm every afternoon at the beach bar which is great if you like that sort of music (funk, dance) - we did so we were lucky, and you can sit and sip cocktails in very comfortable chairs looking out at the sea.
Only downside to the hotel is that their cocktail bar (by reception) was never maned so we could never get a drink. We ended up going to the bar next door. Bit silly as it looked lovely and we would have had drinks their every night if it had been open.
Overall, we had a great time. Great location, nice staff.
Nice is a brilliant city and all the locals we met were very friendly.
