The Accomodations were okay but upon arrival, there was no one there and the door was locked so I had to sit on the front step for one hour waiting.
Eventually, when someone did arrive to let me in, I was informed that despite my booking made several months earlier and paying a deposit prior to my arrival that they could not accomodate my entire reservation. They needed that room for someone else.
After I was kicked out for another customer, I was told they would help me find alternate accomodations, they did not. I ended up walking around the streets on my own and I found a lovely hotel across the street. It ended up costing me twice as much.
There was no apology, compenstation or assistance. To make matters worse, my luggage was lost and the airline had down the address for the Home Sweet Home and would not change the delivery address despite the fact that I was kicked out.
As there is no one at Home Sweet Home during the days, I ended up having to spend a day sitting in the hotel I was no longer staying at waiting for my luggage.
It is unacceptable not to honour a reservation made and guaranteed by credit card in favour of someone else who booked later. If you want the comfort of knowing you won't be without accomodations, I suggest trying another place.
