After arriving through the gates I was suitably impressed with the lush gardens and layout. I entered reception which was suitably impressive. However the staff were not overly friendly here.
However the real horror was yet to unfold as we were told the location of our room we set of with the map to find it. The accommodation was set out in blocks which resembled a prison camp from the outside. I had requested an upper floor but when we arrived it was on the ground floor. The room itself was incredibly dingy with no window! It only had a door and side window! It was decorated in pale yellow, there was no closets only a single rail hanging up in a cupboard! Basic does not describe this place, I would have been happier sleeping in my car. No air conditioning ! No TV! Lamps which did not work! Paper thin walls (we could hear the man next door snoring!). There was no outside space, just dirt and an area so small as to afford no privacy from the neighbouring accommodation.
No vegetarian food apart from salad or vegetables! When I inquired about this to the staff they pointed me towards the salad!!
After complaining about these issues to the hotel I received no refund and they were in fact very hostile to me. I received no satisfactory result regarding my complaint and to be honest I got the impression that they could not care less.
I would not recomend this to anyone unless I really disliked them
