This hotel is a charming, contemporary change from traditional places--but it is not pretentious or kitschy in its updates. Price was high (we booked two nights in the busiest week of August). But we got a large room with a huge bathroom, including a generous-sized tub with plenty of hot water. Our view was onto the gardens, exquisite and very quiet. This place was an oasis in a town that was a little more touristy than we anticipated. I would come back to enjoy the hotel itself. Also, breakfast was not included in our room price...at 19 Euros a person, it was expensive (but good). The pool is non-chlorinated and is relaxing and fresh.
Coolest thing about this place is the printed A-Z guide to the hotel in each room, very funny and slightly sarcastic.
