I stayed in this hotel with my disabled mother in Autumn 2002. We had a wonderful time - the hotel is about three minutes' walk from the railway station, and just a five minute level walk into the centre of Annecy. The hotel management was very helpful. There are a few steps up to the reception desk, which my mother managed, then a lift to all floors from there. The room was fairly basic, with large shuttered windows overlooking the street below. It was relatively quiet, although there were some street sounds from around 7.30 am each day. There is good underground parking about three minutes' walk away, and the hotel can give overnight vouchers for parking there. The buffet breakfast was quite adequate, with ham and cheese, croisants, yoghurt, eggs, tea, coffee, chocolate and fruit juice on offer. We would definitely stay in the same place again. The price was very reasonable, the en suite shower room was kept spotless, and the beds were comfortable.
