Arrived on spec and they were able to accomodate 4 people. The hotel is basic and in need of refurbishment. The staff very friendly and helpfull. Only stayed 1 night. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very basic. Shower was the smallest I have ever been in.

We arrived in Vienne and had a booking at another hotel, but as they couldnt provide a bed for my 4 year old cousin, all nine of us set out to find another hotel. This hotel was recommended by the tourist office, as they spoke good English there. The staff were very friendly and encouraged the children to speak French. The rooms were of a good size, we had 2 twin rooms, one double and a family room. The shower in my room, a twin room shared with my sister was quite small but hot and clean. The breakfast was very good, fresh fruit juice provided, cereals, cold meats, toast and yoghurts. Overall the best aspect was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Also good position for local restaurants and shops. Very good market on Saturdays right outside hotel.
