Quiet little hotel with friendly service. I travelled with a Korean colleague and they had travel informations available in many different languages. The elderly geltleman who seemed to be the owner was very helpful in pointing out good places to tour and eat in Heidelberg. For its price, service and friendliness, I would definitely recommend this cozy hotel.

We arrived on a sunday afternoon and were fortunate enough to have found a parking spot just outside the hotel door instead of having to leave our car in the parking area around the block. The staff were very friendly and informative. Having driven from Italy we were a little tired and were pleased to find that our room (with tv) was very comfortable, nicely decorated with high ceilings and very clean, as was our en-suite. The hotel in a quiet part of town which in fairness isn't much to see but only 10-15 minutes walk away is the old town which is magnificent. Breakfast the next day was ok although the waitress wasn't very friendly but all in all our stay at the Kohler was very enjoyable. This hotel is good value for money.

Stayed in 2003 for the Formula 1. Brilliant rate. Excellent rooms and friendly staff. Also no problem with us checking in at 10 am and minding our bags until 4pm on the day we left. Very close to the town centre. Definite consideration if staying in Heidelberg!

This hotel is in a residential area, but very close to the main walking area of Heidelberg. We were greeted so nicely when we arrived and the room was very clean and nice. We only had one night, but this was a great choice and a great rate.
