we were very disappointed with this hotel. Prepare yourself for long waiting at the reception, especially when a busload of tourists is arriving (which happens all the time), a room that is not ready yet although you arrive after check-in-time, mediocre services in the lounge at club-level, where a lot of the so-called services is locked behind closed doors and the staff is not always available, cleaning staff that is imported from eastern Europe and doesn't speak German, or English, or French, a breakfast that is not according to normal standards, with limited choice and nobody available to bring in new foods, ...
This hotel is totally overrated and we'll never go there again. It's a blame for the Marriott group.
