We stayed here for just two nights, as a base for visiting the Porsche Factory is Zuffenhasen and the Mercedes Benz museum. We hadn't planned the airport transfers and having taken a later than anticipated flight, we arrived at 9:00pm. the taxi service available in the airport was friendly and efficient and the transfer was just 15 minutes and cost 30 Euro - not bad for that time of the night.
At first the hotel seemed small, but inside it was large and airy and our double room had a well-stocked mini bar wonderfully big hot shower and a balcony overlooking the town. The staff were very friendly and did all they could to help us, booking return taxis and advising on routes etc. The inclusive breakfast was continental and plentiful. Location was good, in a small town with a bakery and basic ammenities. The S-Bahn terminal was at the end of the street but the taxis were so cheap and reliable we didn't bother.
On the last night of our stay we ate in the hotels own family run Greek restaurant which was inexpensive, service was quick and the food was tasty and in good sized portions, drinks we chap and very nice and then only a short walk back to our room. dspite the onsite, popular restaurant we had undisturbed sleep and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stuttgart.
