The Hotel Luisenbad belongs to the top 4 hotels in Bad Reichenhall. It is very centrally located directly on the pedestrian zone and definitely very quiet.
The hotel could do with some renovations. Although all the things were there which are required in order to have 4 stars in Germany (hairdryer, soaps, minibar, 24h reception etc), many of these are outdated and would need replacing. The staff was very indifferent about guests, nobody asked if the stay had been enjoyable or even wished a good morning. At checkout nobody offered to help us with the bags or wished a good onward journey.
My conclusion: Overpriced 4 star hotel with a staff who don't care if you are there or not.
