The hotel itself is nice and in a very nice location.Note that you must pay in cash! However, I think the managing couple are both bullies and not honest.
First of all, the website creates the impression of a "wellness hotel", but the Sauna is vedry rudimentary and tiny, and the "whirlppol" is a bathtub with bubble-action. Once we filled the tub, there was no hot water left for the showers...
We had reserved cross country ski gear for our daughter, and had given them information about the size etc. Once there, he only had one pair of shoes, which was 4 sizes too big, and he charged us twice the going rate. Our daughter had an accident while skiing, and we left 2 days earlier. They insisted, very rudely, that we pay the full price for these 2 days, and threatened to sue us as soon as we we said we do not want to pay the full price.
In general, we found that the managing couple are very poor hosts, who have their own agenda and do not listen to their customers' needs or wishes.

There were six of us staying here, all of us adults. We had a wonderful time and the people were very accomodating. There is a lovely terrace off of the dining room that we wanted to eat breakfast at and enjoy the lovely view. They had no problem with us doing that even though there was a chill in the air. All six of us agreed that even though this hotel is hidden away, we would definetly have no problem staying here again. We recomend it highly!!!! Also, there is lots to do within an hours drive.

We found this hotel to have friendly staff, clean rooms and a beautiful view from the terrace while enjoying a nice breakfast bar. There is also a sitting area on the balconies that we found very charming. It was a little difficult finding it, but we will know our way back next time.

I was also not happy with the management of this hotel. They were rude and unpleasant to deal with.
