We stayed here on our honeymoon tour of Europe as a treat. They do have some good deals available on line which are worth hunting for. Our favourite point was the heated outside swimming pool which was an amazing experience. The staff are very courteous but if you are hoping for a friendly hotel this may not be for you. Oh and everything is extra so don't bank on the final bill equalling your booking price!

We stayed as we got a weekend night for free, and enjoyed 2 nights. This resort is a truly 5 star resort. The rooms are well furnished and up to date. Minibar was for free - what apleasant surprise! Breakfast downstairs with a great view was 25 Euro per person - we thought a bit overpriced, as not too much fruit was available. Breakfast in the room was great though (and it is enough to have one portion - feeds two easily). Spa and pool are great - excellent scenery!!!
Otherwise the hotel is truly for honeymooners, as you find peace and quiteness everywhere. Prices are high, and the hotel does well in charging for everything.
The views are amazing and we would return again on a good deal!
Salzburg being around the corner is interesting for most visitors, but we found the German towns and the eagles nest to be more exciting.

The intercontinental hotels should have consistency in the offering. This was not a bad resort but it was very boring in its design and facilities. Where we loved it was the location . The service was efficien but not very warm or friendly.

The restaurants were again not very exciting. The food was good and the selection average.

We were to visit the hotel with our children but decided to go alone. I think it was a good decidion.

I doubt we will go back.

This hotel is simply put the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The location, rooms, staff, service was all of the highest quality, and I cannot fault the place in any respect.

The spa, and swimming pools were out of this world, and the view when you swim into the outside pool of the alps in the background is stunning.

A very expensive hotel obviously, but believe me, you will get what you are paying for.

Nothing else to say other than if you are thinking about booking this hotel, think no more and book it straight away!
