we were there on january, for an weekend, i was traveling with a friend
the hotel is old and the rooms are very small. the only window that the room had was facing the kitchen (on the interior patio) - every morning the odor and the noise was waking us.
was imposible to buy food or drinks (even those that were non-alchoolic). one of the receptionists just told us to use the minibar - we did that, it`s very expensive and it missed some of the drinks (but we had to pay for those also)
bathtub was stained and filthy - the drain pipe was stucked when we arrived. when we asked for someone to resolve the issue we had a really rude receptionist
because we asked too many times for a technician, this receptionist said that first, we must pay the pay tv - so we had to pay 15 euros for something we didnt use (most of the time we were visiting the city, especially marienplatz, we didnt have the time for that)
when we asked to speak with a manager he was screaming at us to pay and "got lost" otherwise he will call the Police. made a complaint at their customer service (best western) but the customer service is in India and those people seems not to understand english :)
