“Not a bad hotel, but area not so good...”

Hotel and room itself was clean and well equiped. However, the hotel is located in a bit of a run down area with a couple of mom and pop supermarkets, making the walk to the shopping area or train station not very enjoyable.

Would suggest to stay if on tight budget.

We have just arrived home from a four night stay at this Hotel and was very apprehensive about staying here after reading the previous reviews. We all enjoyed our stay and found it an excellent base. The Hotel dining area has recently been refurbished to a modern high standard, the breakfast was excellant and available until 11am. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I agree with previous reviews that there is no air conditioning and that it is in a sleazy area. However, most of the Hotels were situated in this area. We found it very difficult to get our bearings in this city so please study a map before going as everything is within walking distance from the Atrium. We wasted alot of money on various transport. Enjoy your trip.

The hotel is adequate ;stayed in worse,rooms clean bathroom cramped.WOULD NOT recommend for children as area in which it is sited is sleazy.Breakfast very good and staff helpful.

Nice hotel close to Oktoberfest fairgrounds. No air conditioning. Shower but no tub. About a 12 minute walk to main Hauptbahnhof rail station. Excellent "free" breakfast - make yourself a sandwich for lunch too!

We stayed here for a night of Oktoberfest and it was a very nice hotel. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and best of all it was within stumbling distance of the fairgrounds! No complaints. Breakfast was good.
