We were a group of friends staying here for 3 nights. Arriving midday Thursday most rooms were, ready but some had to wait for their rooms. The receptionist informed us that they were booked to capacity so there were no way anyone could change rooms to get to stay at the same floor. The receptionist had some attitude and, I found him a bit to chummy.
Most rooms were not spacey, but adequate. Same décor but differently lay out, one or two had a small balcony. The choice of colours was not my cup of tea but everything was well kept and working. My boyfriend and I had a superior room. These are duplex, downstairs entrance, bathroom (with a heater witch was most convenient due to the weather) and living room. Upstairs (steep spiral staircase) bedroom. Even if the upstairs is more like the attic it was still easy to get around the bed. Ceiling window in the bedroom with curtain that were raised by a switch on the wall. Curtains did not hold the light out so the bedroom was not very dark. Window downstairs was on the smaller side. Air-condition in every room, no use for that during our stay. Very little space for clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases. Bathroom amenities was tight and not replaced when finished. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we found it quite pricey (€17).
We had some drinks in the bar, friendly service, but somewhat slow from time to time.
Good hotel, located not far from the central station (€8,80 from the airport). We took a taxi when returning at that was ca €55 (not a great difference when we were 4 people in the cab and getting the advantage of getting from door to door).
If in Munich again I would defiantly consider staying here again.
