Stayed here during a trade fair, and paid the typical ripoff prices (ca. 300 Euro a night)
Internet connection is very good, and staff is very helpful (with one lethargic exception), speaking also English.
A parking garage is directly below, but requires a good driver to get in, as it is very small.
Restaurants and bars are close, and a longer walk or the nearby subway station brings to the city centre. The trade fair is ca 30 mins away, depending on traffic.
Bad thing was that I explicitly ordered a nonsmokers room, and got a room which smelled like at least ten smokers recently died in it. Of course, no other room was free to change to. The shower took 10 minutes to produce something that could pass as warm water. This in regard of the prices is rather inacceptable, trade fair or not.
