My friend and I stayed for 3 nights at the Regent Hotel, Munich in February 2008 and I want to say that it was a lovely experience. The room was very clean, lovely bathroom and the breakfast was really wonderful. The staff were always courteous and helpful. Great location too. I do recommend this hotel. Jesmond Alfino (Malta)

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of February. We had a great time. The hotel is ideally situated straight across the road from Central Station, and only 10 minutes walk from the main streets. The staff could not be any more friendly and helpful they were really lovely! Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and plenty to eat. Will definetly be back to stay here again and will be recommending it to everyone who is visiting Munich.

visited but its not the worst, beer good, food and drink about same price as uk but shops a bit more expensive.
There seems to be a lot of mixed reviews about this hotel, Its fine
whether it is 3 or 4 star.

Easy to find. Upon arrival the front desk was manned by a very difficult person. Once we complied and got past her to a young friendly employee things improved. First room had a window which would not close. When we were given another room things were fine. Location was not bad, is ideal for the Luftansa airport bus. This turned out to be very important when they neglected our wake up call the morning we were leaving. A problem. Overall average. Do not consider if looking for ambience.
