Hotel Iturregi is a new boutique hotel near the port of Getaria. It looked very stylish from the website and with only 8 bedrooms, looked the right size for us.

We were very pleased and impressed when we arrived. We stayed in the Zarauz room and also had a look at a few other rooms. All were spacious with beautifully designs in a very modern style.

The views all around but particularly towards the sea were also very impressive.

The breakfast was lovely with a wide choice of hot and cold food. There is no restaurant as such but a room service menu was available which was fine when required.

The hotel pool was a good place to relax as were the public areas.

There are a number of nice villages within 30 minutes drive all of which have nice restaurants and San Sebastian is about 45 minutes away.

The staff were very helpful and friendly giving good advise on what to do and where to eat.

All in all a very peaceful and enjoyable stay
