The hotel was good and the staff were very nice but the food was very repetitive (and only really suitable if you are a meat eater unlike my husband and I), the entertainment was not good in fact this is an area which really lets the hotel down, the entertainment staff do try but it was all so boring. The big problem was that we were the only English in the whole hotel, the hotel was full of unfriendly Germans (who didn't even talk to each other) (and Italians who were in big groups from the cruise ships who stay for one week and just don't mix with anyone else).

The area of Playa de Palma is catered for the Germans, so the locals only spoke either Spanish or German, some did speak English but as a waiter said it us 'if I hear someone speaking English I think they must be lost'.

It is a beautiful area and the beaches are fabulous, the area is clean and immaculate and the hotel is only 100meters (if that) from the beach, and it is set between the towns of Arenal and Can Pastille and is only 10-15 mins away from the airport, (you can see the planes in the sky which have taken off but there is no noise disturbance from this).

Palma is only a 15mins bus ride away and the old town is so beautiful too. So you can't really lose, you have so much so close by but that is if you don’t mind the locals speaking to you in German. If you go, have fun!
