This hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is situated in the new part of Valencia across the road from the The City of Arts and Sciences and within (a longish) walk to the America's Cup village and then the beach. Taxis are very cheap though in Valencia.
Room was awesome the best bit being a free minibar that was re-stocked each day, also had music in the room.
Also free internet in the lobby. Lobby was great just for relaxing in.
Nice staff.
The hotel is also situated on top of a four storey shopping mall, which is great, also has lots of restaurants which is very handy. The buffet restaurant is great and very cheap. Beware, all the shops and many of the restaurants are closed on Sunday though.
Would highly recommend this hotel, Is a very good four star and a great price when booked as a package through lastminute or Expedia.

We booked this hotel last minute after having a terrible stay at Port Aventura and leaving the resort early. So we were a bit nervous of what to expect. We were not to be disappointed it was fantastic!

The hotel is situated in the new part of Valencia directly opposite the new Oceanographic centre. It is built above a very stylish shopping mall which has a wide choice of restaurants for the evening which are very good.

The room was lovely very modern, great shower and a very comfortable bed. The staff were great and extremly helpful.

Valencia is a very easy city to get around and the number 19 bus stops right outside the hotel and at the main train station.
It is also very safe to walk and took us only 20 minutes to walk to the Americas cup village.

Would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure its in a great location and very friendly helpful staff

We booked into the Aqua 3* for our trip to see the America's Cup sailing. On arrival we found that as the 3* was fully booked we'd been upgraded to the 4* for our first night (for free!) - we then decided to upgrade for all three nights which suited us great and wasn't too expensive. The hotel is located above a shopping centre which means ease of access to bars and food (thought the selection is pretty much national chains). We used the centre for coffee and breakfast in the morning rather than the standard hotel breakfast. Unlike some of the reviews written here - we had no issues at all with noise levels.

The hotel is basically a business hotel but the location is really good for the Arts and Sciences City. We could also walk to the America's cup port (around 20 mins). What was great about Valencia though was the ease and cheapness of taxi's - we hailed a number during our trip and never paid more than 7 euros from this hotel - even right into the centre of town.

I would definitely recommend Valencia as a city to visit - this hotel is excellent if you like good service and clean modern hotel rooms. If you want something with character then don't stay here!

Lovely hotel with good facilities. However, we booked through travelocity and check in time was given as 1pm. We had left home at 4am for a 7am flight, so arrived at the hotel anxious to book in.
We were told very abruptly that check in time was not until 3pm, but we could leave our luggage.
We set off reluctantly to explore the local area.However, it was Easter Monday and everywhere was closed.
We returned to the hotel at 2-30pm and were again refused check in and had to sit in reception and wait until five past three before we were allowed to check in. This pettiness spoiled the start of our short break.
