This is a perfectly good and comfortable hotel in a great location in Brussels. It is walking distance to an underground station, and a stone's throw from Rue Neuve where all the high street shops are. Also very close to the Grand Place. We had a smallish room on the 7th floor, quiet because it faced inwards towards the atrium. It was rather plain, but clean. On the first night we tried to run a bath, but after leaving the water running for many minutes there was still no hot water. The Duty Manager came up and ran both taps full for 15 minutes - and then we got hot water. This scenario repeated itself once or twice again during our stay. One morning my husband met someone wandering around the 7th floor with a toothbrush in his hand, saying he had no hot water in his room! Seems a bit of a shame to waste so much water when you get the usual message about the environment and not putting down clean towels to wash! We also had problems with the temperature - you couldn't open the windows, and it tended to get too warm and a bit stuffy. However, breakfast was great, lots of choice and very good quality. The service was also generally very pleasant and the conceirge gave us excellent directions to the military museum!
