This has to be one the most pleasant B&B's I've had the pleasure to stay in!
Situated two minutes walk from the Old Centre next to the main university and run by Peter and his wife.
All the rooms (6 I believe) have their own names. We were very fortunate and were given Michael which is a very large and romantic room. Loads of space and very peaceful.
Peter is very friendly and helpful and made our stay most pleasurable.
The breakfast room is lovely and gentle classical music is played whilst enjoying the ambience of the place and the continental breakfast ( a selection of fruit, cereal, cold meats and cheese etc).
What is also great about this place is the price - euro 90 per night for a fanstastic stay!
If you are travelling by car be aware of the one way system - get on the right road though and you'll find the hotel easy enough, however parking on site is limited but there is a secure public car park about 4 minutes walk away which is free using a token from the B&B.
All in all this is a real gem of a place and comes highly recommended (It is one of those hidden gems of a place!).
Oh and just round the corner is a lovely cafe/bar - absolutely brilliant atmosphere and great food at reasonable places (where all the locals and students go!)
