“Luxury in two steps from Plaka.”

We have stayed in Double room with panoramic view for two nights. It is breathtaking panoramic view of the Temple of Zeus(see photos)! More similar to a picture, than on a reality. A room big and comfortable with plaids of Christian Dior. The big and convenient bathroom. The hotel lobby and all public areas is magnificent. We had dinner at hotel restaurant in which was not a soul. It is very pleasant, though the cuisine is not so good. (Next day we reserved through front desk last table in small (approximately on twenty persons) gourmet restaurant - the best in Athenes. It is really delightful! Parfait!)
The big lack of hotel - is not present any computer for guests. It mismatches level *****. But at all - excellent hotel to which it would be desirable to return.

That was something!

I was told the Royal Olympic had the views but in the evening I though I could touch the Temple of Zeus!

The public areas were also offering a feeling of luxury!

The Athenian room I had was like a small suite...
However there are some projects still going on and the gym was being "refreshed"

Next time I hope everything will be ready....

You should give it a try!

This was exactly what I needed for my stay in Athens.
Metro 5 steps away.
The Hotel was impressive.Bar area, well decorated but dark.
Nice pool and perfect view especially in the evening.
I would recommend this Hotel.

Royal Olympic Hotel is in the perfect spot with access to all the main sites and is a nice clean luxury hotel. The Panoramic suites have an unbelievable view.

Expensive understated and I would highly recomend it.

Only downside is that it is a bit of a business hotel.

“Rooms not as nice as lobby”

For the price, the rooms are drab and nothing special. It was like a Ritz-y lobby with Holiday inn rooms! My bathroom had no fixture to put shower head so i had to do the handheld shower thing, which I know is common in Europe but not at a place pretending to be 5 star. Good location though, just not as fancy as it is pretending to be, or for what its prices are.
