The rooms were not clean enough, especially the flat sheets as we found hairs upon our arrival. We were asked the reception to change them and they did this for us.

Except this all other things were gr8, Fantastic sea and pool view from our balcony (we booked a double room - sea view)
Bathroom was clean and big, with clean towels every morning.

The food at the hotel though is a bit expensive and the variety is limited at the buffet.

I have stayed at this hotel twice a year for the last 12 years for both business and holiday reasons. The staff are very good and most helpful. The pool area has been totally refurbished and the facilities have been much improved, but the bedrooms are getting a little tired. Business facilities are OK since broadband is now available.

If you intend to stay, ensure that you book a sea view room because the other side (the so called mountain view) is right on a busy road that is active 24 hours a day! The suites on the top floor are very nice.

I only take breakfast in the hotel and sometimes lunch - the food and service are OK. I would suggest you avoid the buffet dinner since this can be a bit of a scrum depending on which nationalities are staying. However, there are a good range of restaurants within walking distance that offer every type of cuisine.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic and t hard to imagine that you could ask for more.

This was a hotel in Cyprus and located beach side and it met and exceeded everyone of our expectations.

Whether for holiday or business it seems to meet the requirements.
Certainly several local companies and the Rotary Club held functions during our stay and seemed highly satisfied.

I had pre arrival correspondence with the hotel and this was dealt with in a highly pleasing and professional way. Very quick replies and helpful information.

The hotel arranged for us to be met at Larnaca airport at 02.20 hours.
We arrived at the hotel close to 4.00 and found everything had been prepared
for us and out greeting was welcoming and polite and within minutes we were
in our room.

Later we were to discover that every member of staff would be polite but
friendly and we would have excellent service. People appeared to want to
ensure that you had a good holiday.

We discovered many people who visited the hotel yearly and we can understand
why.

It was also interesting the number of different nationalities holidaying (or
working) with the Holiday Inn as their base.

Our bedroom 513 was was extremely well equipped spotlessly clean and kept
that way throughout our stay.
It might not have been new bui it certainly was in very good condition and well maintained. There was a nice atmosphere and almost an "exotic" feeling in the furniture. Excellent lighting which s a real plus.
Good Quality towels changed regularly (sometimes twice a day) and the
provided beach towels changed every night.
Comfortable huge bed and a choice of pillows


First morning after a delicious buffer breakfast with the best hotel coffee ever we set out to explore the hotel.
Fabulous!!

An indoor exercise room, sauna and swimming pool and massage available.

Outside a great terrace with the attractive outdoor pool and the Pergola Bar and Snack Bar.

Attractive gardens with plenty of sun beds some of which were on the beach others on the terraced lawn and some around the pool. Some in shade some in sun and there were plentiful umbrellas available.
One could always find a bed and a quiet almost secluded space.

It was possible to go from the gardens down to the beach. Small yes, clean yes, safe - - definietly

It seemed that no matter what you wanted it was here and adjacent there were private businesses providing all kinds of water activities. and the hotel had a tennis court.


We had all our meals at the hotel and enjoyed each and every one. Evening
was always a buffet but there was an a la carte menu available.. A good
choice of both cold and hot and some superb desserts. The evening buffets
were International syle, or Italian Style or one night a Cyprus Evening and
buffet with entertainment
Three nights there was music with a great singer.

It was possible to dine in the air conditioned Churchill Restaurant
or outdoors (with gentle breeze from the fans) on the terrace.
We had purchased vouchers for our meals. These were priced at Cyprus Pounds 14.00 each but if you bought 12 you received 5 free This meant an average cost pf Cyprus Pounds 9.88 each.
The buffet was priced at Pounds 14.00 or you could order from the A la carte to a value of Pounds 10.00
We found the buffets excellent so stuck with that.

On our first Tuesday there was a welcoming (complimentary) cocktail party
for all guests - and there were excellent cocktails and no restriction as to
the amount one consumed. and some delicious canapes.

Our day of departure came far too quickly, there was nothing we would have
liked that was not avaiable. Would we return? Absolutely certain - and already deciding how soon!

I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks on business.

It is in a fairly good location, close to the shops, restaurants and bars of Limassol and also overlooking the ocean.

The best bit of the hotel is the pool area though even this is a little tired and worn.

I thought the rooms were awful - dirty, smelly, old worn furniture, horrible colouring.

The restaurant is very, very average. Food is just not very good, particularly for the price.

Overall the hotel is in serious need of renovation, and is really showing its age, from the lobby to the restaurant to the rooms to the pool.

It may be reasonably priced but if I were staying in Limassol on a holiday I would pay just that little bit extra for one of the many other more modern resort hotels along the Limassol coastline.
