My wife and I stayed for 2 nights on our tour of Europe.Easy to access using public transport.Owner very welcoming. and helped us with directions and translating our rail ticket, as we couldnt understand it.Large double, very comfortable, room, and for the price our best bargain on our tour. bathroom facilities were not en suite, which we knew, but as the hotel was not full, were no problem at all.Selection of nice restaurants nearby.The breakfast came out on top for selection and yumminess!Highly recommended.

Family run with obvious pride, this two star hotel boasts enormous clean rooms and an excellent breakfast buffet at bargain prices. Hotel is located on a quiet street 200 meters from the closest subway stop or 15 minute walk from Westbahnhof. Be advised that rooms are upstairs with no elevators.

Pension Kraml was a lovely place for our stay in Vienna. The family is friendly and kind, they preside over the more-than-ample breakfast buffet provided every morning. Our room was quite large and clean, with big sunny windows and the mattresses were very comfortable. It was easy to book the room online, with very prompt replies to email questions. The location is great, near the Neubaugasse metro stop or fifteen minutes' walk from the Westbahnhof. It's just off Mariahilferstrasse, a dream street for die-hard shoppers. You will definitely enjoy your stay!

Our room was absolutely enormous--larger than my first apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, with a couch as well as a small table and chairs.

Breakfast was a nice buffet each morning. Service was excellent; staff was always available and helpful. We had reserved a room not en suite, but we got one that was. When I got the bill, I commented that we had reserved at a lower price, and the owner immediately reduced the price to what I had been quoted.

The only downsides were that the room was on the 3rd floor (European), the floors were a little creaky, and it was three blocks from the subway station.
