This hotel should not be 4 star. My boyfriend and i booked this hotel because of the 4 star rating, however we were very disappointed. The rooms are very dated and tired, although excellant views from the balcony. The food was of a good standard (apart from a few over cooked meals), except the service was awful. Sometimes you would wait half an hour even to get a menu, all the wines started at 50 euros as they'd sold out of the rest, and moral was obviously low between staff- there was no communication, and the waitresses would happily tell us how awful is was there. The swimming pool was small and the jacuzzi only fitted in 4 people at a tight squeeze- there was also 1 changing room for all the guests in the hotel. I would rate this hotel as an average 2 star- the rating should seriously be reviewed.

this hotel is the best skiing hotel we have ever stayed in, service food and accomadation were outstanding highly recommend.

We arrived , not knowing what to expect, some tourist books gave it 3 stars and some three and a half!, but we soon found to our delight that it was more like a good 4 star Hotel. The food was excellant, I recommend half board, the staff were great, your drinks are served with canape's great wine, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, bubble bath pool, log fire lovely view, super ambeiance, so have no doubt about this hotel, price was a little on the high side, but you get what you pay for, which is not allways the case, one other thing, they have a hotel taxi which runs you were you want to go, very handy when you have ski's and boots to lug around, just ring the hotel and within 4 minutes the car picks you up and takes you back to the hotel you will enjoy this resort and Hotel.
