The home is beautiful - rooms are unique and elegant, and view is to die for. The hostess was warm, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was delightful. We took a walk before breakfast down to the beach which was a perfect start to the day. Wish we had stayed longer.

This was a great place to stay before heading to Dingle. Beautiful home with a great view. Nice hospitality as well!

My family and I stayed at The Shores for 1 night in October 2007. I must agree with all of the other reviewers that this is the most elegant, beautiful and upscale B&Bs you will ever encounter. I fell in
love with the decor and told my husband I could live there! I was so inspired I actually came home and started redecorating the master bedroom! I cannot rave enough about the beautiful furniture, gorgeous wallpaper, the elegant decor, comfortable beds, soft sheets and towels. It is a feast for the eyes. The view is beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast was delicious and with beautiful presentation. I would like to comment that we had reserved a triple room and were told we would have a king size bed and a twin.
However, the room actually had a queen size bed instead of a king. That was the second time on this trip that this happened so I am inclined to think that an American king size bed is a queen size in Ireland.

One night at this beautiful B&B was not enough! Thank you, Annette, for your hospitality and attention to detail.

There is little I can add to the fantastic reviews this B&B gets – and trust me, they are all well deserved. Everything is white and impeccably clean: the sheets, the bed spread, the towels, the carpet, the table cloths, the china…and the view is fantastic. The ocean and its waves for as long you can see, both left and right.
The breakfast was the best we had, with the best selection and wonderful presentation. Unfortunately (and we did not know that) Annette does not serve dinner in August, so that was a big disappointment.
We had dinner, all 3 nights at the Tomasin’s restaurant, in the next town, which was really good. A lot better than what we expected, in a casual and relaxing atmosphere.
