I stayed here for 3 nights with my fiancee during an extended holiday in Australia.
This was the first place we stayed, and were pretty pleased with it overall - the only downside was that its about a 15 minute walk at a normal walking pace to get to central station - took us about 20 with our backpacks!
The hotel itself is a really nice and modern building. There is a small gym with modern machines, although I didn't actually use it.
The room was slightly smaller than average, but big enough for us, although one side of the (double) bed was up against the wall. Both the room and the ensuite were very clean.
There was a nice rooftop BBQ area, although we didn't use this as it was a bit cold in July!
Small internet rooms downside as well - quite cheap to use.
My fiance complained about the noise of the traffic waking him up at night, but I didn't here a thing.
Other than that the only bad thing about the hotel was the walk to central station, as you'd definately have to get the train (which was pretty cheap anyway) up to the harbours.
I probably wouldn't stay here again, but only because of the distance, I loved the hotel itself.
