This hotel is a grea place to stay. The rooms are very clean incl kitchen and tastefully decorated. Fred and Antonia are two great persons who will help you with everything you want to know. Also they offer wifi in the rooms! It is a pleasant stroll to the main street with supermarket and other restaurants. Will def go back to this great hotel!

We've visited Port Douglas several times in the past and have loved the town, the beach and the people. This is our third visit to Martinique on Macrossan and while the management has changed hands it's still the wonderful, convenient and comfortable place we'd always remembered. We were made aware of construction work taking place on the adjacent property (due for completion around August 08) but as the work took place during the day and we were out and about most of the time, it affected us minimally. Fred and Antonia run the place as if it's their home and if they can't offer immediate advice on any requirements we had locally, they came back with suggestions after a bit of research. The proximity to the beach on one side and the heart of Port Douglas on the other was fantastic. We can't wait to visit again!

These apartments are in a fabulous position, located in the quiet part of the main street, near the beach. The apartments are spotlessly clean with well maintained gardens, swimming pool and pond. All apartments have a patio or balcony and the TV's swivel to either be viewed in the lounge or bedroom. They have an undercover BBQ area and the ambience is great.
The managers are Fred & Antonia and they couldn't do enough to help us. It really is a little piece of paradise in a beautiful part of the world. Port Douglas has that friendly village feel and this place certainly fits in. Thanks Fred & Toos we loved you!

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. Very clean and comfortable. Luckily the building work next door is just about finished - at least the noisy bits are. Antonia and Fred are great hosts and gave us some great places to visit that we would not have found on our own. It is a great location at the end of Macrossan very peaceful, an easy walk into the "hub" of the town and just a very short stroll to the wonderful beach. I thoroughly recommend a visit to these apartments.
