Our one-night stay was a pleasant one. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, despite my boyfriend leaving his photo ID at home. Our room was huge, the L-shaped couch was comfortable, and the king-sized bed was a dream to sleep on. The major downfall of the room was that we were on the second floor and therefore didn't have much a view so it was somewhat dark. We ordered room service from the pub next-door (Mackeys), and despite it being a Saturday night, the menu was quite limited, but tasty. Some of the appliances in the room (iron, TV remote) didn't work very well. The bathroom was small with little counter space, but Q-tips and cotton balls were provided which was a nice touch you don't often see in hotels. We also lucked out with easy street parking, a good thing b/c nearby parking garages were closed when we got there. Overall, a good experience.
