Stayed at this hotel for five days, and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Bangkok. Our room was very comfortable (great beds), and tastefully decorated. The bathroom had a separate bathtub and shower, and marble floors. We were upgraded, so had access to the executive lounge area for their complimentary breakfast and happy hour. This was a treat, because the breakfast was outstanding! They had an omelette and waffle station, as well as a lot of other choices. It saved us at least one meal per day (sometimes two, when we went for their happy hour). If you can get an upgrade, I would highly recommend it. If not, see how much extra it is to get access to the executive lounge, because it's worth it.

The hotel is about five minutes away from the skytrain, which was the only transportation we took (other then a few tuk-tuk rides). It was very easy to manuever and cheap. And there is always someone to ask for assistance, if you need help. Also, there is a shopping mall right across the street, where they have a Starbucks (yes, they are everywhere), and a grocery store.

The concierge service was great, and very helpful with any questions we had. We booked a private tour to the floating market (touristy, but completely worth it), and had a great English speaking guide: Arisa (can't remember the name of the tour company, but she was great). We had a fantastic time, and it was not that expensive, considering everything we did.

Overall, this is a great hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice hotel and it was connected to a small mall with fast food places and thai food and a pharmacy with nearby shops but the problem was that the hotel was small and the pool was even smaller and not 5 stars like. The rooms were good and especially the bathrooms they were very clean.

Spent three nights here with my husband while on our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is warm, helpful and professional. No request was denied and when I came down with a nasty ear infection one day into our trip, the concierge called a doctor and he was at our room in 30 min! There is a really nice swimming pool and gym on the spa level if that's your thing.
A really nice hotel to come "home" to after touring Bangkok all day. We will be back.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days whilst i was in bangkok with my partner on honeymoon, i hated it. Im not sure if it's because we came from banyan tree in phuket which was amazing but the service was terrible here, the rooms aren't that great and the pool looks nothing like the pool in the pictures. I'll never stay here again !!!
