Would certainly recommend this.

We had a nice view on the 18th floor.

Lobby looks very welcoming.

The amenities were enough.

Breakfast buffet was great.

Swimming pool looked inviting, although we did not use it.

We booked the limousine service from the airport as we were not known to the taxi services in Bangkok. They were on time and we had a swift airco trip including refreshing towels!

I was robbed of my handbag in front of the hotel, lost everything including creditcards and documents. When I reported the matter to the management, all they care about was how I was going to pay my bill. no assistance was given and even the duty manager came to my room in the evening, only to check on how I would be paying for my hotel bill. I am disgusted and although the hotel is quite nice, I will never set foot in there again.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. He was on business. We previously stayed at the Landmark, another good hotel, different area. Not many tourists here, sex industry not obvious. underground access made it accessible to everywhere. Service at the hotel was exceptional, great staff. Breakfast excellent an amazing choice, we also tried dinner which was very good. The hotel is mainly used by business people, hence I was the only person around the pool during the day. I also tried the spa which was great. It was my birthday and flowers and a cake appeared in our room- much appreciated. Large airy room and large marble bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

We walked in here after walking out of the terrible" Grand" Hotel down the road! The staff at the swissotel were really great! We were given a presidential room on the executive floor for 3750 tb which was a bargain! ( usually 25000 tb). Clean , large room with fantastic emenities! Close to new airport , and the markets. Underground train station 1 min walk away! Not in central Bangkok , but handy to the shopping centres, clubs and markets.
