Y i rated this as "Above Average", because this is really a great suites for honeymooners n shopping maniacs : Excellent location, new, great facilities, friendly staff that makes you feel at home.
However, this may not be that convenient for family travellers, like me, who is carrying infant.
First, the ROJO restaurant is very stylish, staff are polite, n the food is nice, except there is NO baby chair / plastic bowls & spoon.My kid, who still can't sit still, ended up wandering around the restaurant, which was quite dangerous as there were guests carrying food & drinks.Moreover, i saw i was not the only guest that was having small kid, there were another 2 families too. ** I think any restaurant should keep one set or two for just-in-case situation (like mine!)
Second, the bathroom is nice, yet, my little boy hates shower, so when i ask for pail for my baby to shower, the receiptionist said there was none. Its a bit disappointment, n we actually went to buy a pail just for this purpose! the young receptionist just couldn't understand a mother's frustrations that she couldn't bathe her baby!
Third, i notice that there were a few singaporeans n hong kongers staying in this hotel, so by adding a mandarin TV channel will be a plus point for Adelphi Suites.
Last but not least, really thankful to your hospitality, esp the restaurant's staff as my boy was making a mess at your place !!
