Stayed here for 9 days in Feb (Chinese New Year). Were dismayed to arrive at a building site. Eventually found the little unmade road that takes you to the reception and the one bit that is actually built. However there is constant noise, builders walking past while you are lounging by pool etc, from building taking place on site in front, behind and beside the hotel. Did have great views, and a terifc location (wehad a 3 bed suite) however build quality so poor that when someone on any floor above you showers, flushes loo, runs tap etc you hear it as though it is in your room.
Many advertisied activities did not exist - really annoyed to find no kids club as this was vital to our booking. Word of warning though even when it does it is intended to be just an open air play area - would not allow my children to stay in it as the risk of sun burn heat exhaustion etc far too great. Only one restaurant actually open - food poor, prices high - again beware there is no where else to buy any food around apart from really scrappy little local places which leave much to be desired.
Cannot in all conscience recommned this in any way- you can do so much better!!!!

Large fully equipped apartments with kitchen. 1/3 of hotel opened in January, with the rest coming on over the next few months. Large pool. Great view of the Andaman Sea. Since it is new the prices are low compared to the Cape Panwa Hotel which is much older.

Cape Panwa is not near the beaches or tourist center so it is advisable to have a car or motorbike.

Good service bu so far from town .. bad view
