“Do not stay here!”

I would not stay in this hotel. We stayed in this hotel one night but had agreed to stay for two. On the second day they told us we had to check out because someone had already booked the room a month prior. That left us with out a hotel in Hanoi, not a good situation. They also said breakfast was included in the rate and it was a lousy breakfast of a bread stick and jam. Do not stay in this hotel.

“Bad experience! Hotel staff pack our luggages without seeking permission”

The hotel staff at Viet Fun Hotel actually cleared our room and packed our luggages themselves while we were away and left
our luggages at the reception counter before we were due to check out at the agreed timing at noon! Although we did not lose any of our valuables after checking through our luggages but we were enraged to have the hotel staff running through our personal belongings without our knowledge. The hotel staff has no right at all to run through a hotel guest personal belongings and worse has no reason at all in this situation because we
were not late for the check-out.
