we stayed here on a stop over in Vientiane - as we were only there for one night and leaving at 5am for Siem Reap a cheap central hotel met our requirements. This hotel was great - very central with a little square of some great restarants at the end of the street, markets and shops around the corner and easy access to tuk tuks etc. The room was small but clean and well equipped - internet available in the room. Bathroom was small but very clean and had all you needed. the staff were very helpful. Their prices at reception were cheaper than internet prices. I recommed this hotel.
