We booked a family room, they put us (2 adults and 3 children) in 1 room. Eventually they moved us to a suite! (seperate bedroom for parents). It seemed ok. then we tried going to sleep!!!
The hotel is so poorly buily that evey person that closes (slams) their door makes your room shake. The people above you might be walking in their room but sounds like banging. The noise from the outside area (pool/games room) was un-bearable (this was about 10pm) -we have young kids so we wanted a bit of peace and an early night. People run past your room, you feel every footstep.
After complaining, They moved us to 2 normal rooms (linked) facing away from the pool area. This faced a busy road, so we now had traffic noise to deal with (they do not understand double glazing). and every time the elevator stopped or started, we could hear the noise of the lift.
Unfortunately, Israeli hotels are all very poor.
If you want peace and quiet - stay away from this hotel
