This hotel is very conveniently located off of Ben Yehuda street, easily walkable to many trendy restaurants. It's also not that far from the Old City and other tourist sights. Those who have traveled to the former USSR will instantly recognize the style -- fluorescent lighting, small rooms, drab wood paneling, etc. Front desk service is very friendly. I would caution guests against staying here during the cold weather months -- the heating in our room did not work properly. However, in Jerusalem you get what you pay for, so overall I guess it's not too bad.

Spent 4 nights of misery in this awful awful joke of a hotel. I've stayed in some pretty poor places before, but this ranks as one of the worst. Ok, the room was clean but it was tiny and the bathroom wasn't too big either. There was no slip-mat in the bath, no bathmat towel and one plug to share between the sink and the bath!

The booking included breakfast - if that's what you could call the rubbish they served up. It was so bad that we ate out twice. The toaster didn't work properly - all the elements did not work - and on one day the whole system had just blown. We did hope this meant a working toaster the following day, but no; they just changed the fuse! I didn't appreciated the bugs walking across the toaster either!

The only good thing about this hotel, apart from the way out, is the location which is superb.

My husband and I bring groups to Israel and found the location of Jerusalem Towers ideal. This past experience has been the worst by far. I have complained to the manager and even had the travel agency complain to the owner and manager of Jerusalem Towers and no changes are being made. It is very sad because the location is sooo great.
This time we had no air conditions and it was really hot. We could not open the windows because of the street noise (it was sukkot) and all they had to give us was little 10 inch fans.
One morning I was locked in the elevator for 15 minutes because the electricity went out. Each night we had the same recipe of food. I can understand the same meat, but can't a cook change the recipe on how to cook it.
All in All this was not a good experience. Each one of the people who went with us were very disappointed in the hotel. Unless Jerusalem Towers fixes at least the air conditioning, we will not be back.

This hotel was in an excellent location - good restaurants near by and within walking distance to the old city. Staff were friendly and helpful (though make sure you understand all the costs involved and that the cost is for there and back before taking their reccomended taxi tour to Bethlehem). Clean, confortable and easy!
