Some have given this hotel very bad reviews, and I was apprehensive before going. But, I enjoyed my stay, and thought it wasn't that bad. My husband was there on business so we stayed in an Executive room which gave us access to the King David lounge which was great. It serves complimentary light refreshments with beer and wine all day. Couldn't beat it after a hard day of sightseeing to go relax in there. The breakfast was spectacular. Not sure about the review that panned the juice. The Tel Aviv location has a juice bar. Making smoothies, fresh squeezed OJ, carrot juice, whatever you want for breakfast. The room was very accommodating. Very clean, and I think freshly renovated. Nothing fancy, with a very small balcony. Probably the smallest balcony I have every seen. My only complaint was the front desk staff. Ralph was NOT nice. He was a little deceptive when booking tours. Didn't give us ALL the information. Another guy gave me the wrong exchange for shekels, and I didn't notice at first. Not sure if it was an honest mistake or just a want to get a few extra bucks. An older women with bifocals was the only nice person at the front desk, plus the bellboy Arial was fantastic. Very helpful. All in all it was a pleasant stay.
