Definitely the best Budget Hotel in Vanuatu, I have stayed at a few other places in Port Vila but, have stayed here some 9 months between trips away and have found owners Beth and Tony easy to get along with, staff are excellent, rooms neat, tidy and plenty of room to move and cook your own meals in your room if you want, also satellite TV and with DVD's each night and internet access 24 hours. As a business man, I can highly recommend the Coral Hotel for your stay at a budget price.

All past reviews of this little hotel are correct. It is very clean, comfortable and the owners Beth & Tony could not have been more helpful, which made our stay in Vanuatu even more pleasant.
It is the first budget hotel we have stayed anywhere in the world where the apartments are serviced every day and clean towels supplied.
Cannot recommend the Coral enough for people on a budget.

my partner and i stayed at the Coral motel after reading the reviews on this web site.
We were not dissapointed !!
We were wanting a self catering place to stay near Vila and did not want to spend a lot of money .
what we got was a very comfortable clean motel room with fantastic hosts.
We were greeted Tony at the airport and Beth at the motel .
They were happy to help us with information ,advice and friendlyness far above what we expected. even if we had been unhappy with the room (which we were not) their kindness and friendship would have made up for that.
We would gladly reccomend the Coral motel to anyone who wants a budget stay with a tremendous side benefit !!!!!!!

Our stay at the Coral Motel was fantastic from the moment that we arrived there. Tony picked us up at the motel which saved us from having to figure out the transport systems. Both Tony and Beth (and Bickie) were both like great friends and parents to us, helping us with information about the local area, allowing us to utilise their telephone to call home for free, their internet, laundry and BBQ. The rooms are very comfortable and we were even able to watch WIN tv (so I didn't miss some of my favourite tv shows!!).
The motel is quiet and has a night watchman (David) for night time. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are perfect, the towels are changed daily and the rooms are very tidy. The rooms are also accompanied by a porch area that overlooks the BBQ and garden area. The kitchen is very handy and the units have NEW fridges which is nice when you're travelling.

After spending some time in Santo and becoming ill, Beth and Tony happily prepared a room for me to return to and lay down in for half a day before we were due to fly back to Australia. Beth is very sweet and really cares about her guests. Tony has a brilliant sense of humour (just don't bring your own pillow, or you'll be bagged out!!). Both Beth and Tony take the time to chat with you and their service and hospitality is first class, which really made our trip for us.

I will definately stay at the Coral when I go back to Vila (hopefully this time I will be feeling a little better!) and recommend that you take the opportunity to stay there as well as I'm sure that you won't regret or forget it.
