had a long flight from the UK, came to bp international to find they had messed up my booking, ended up paying for there mistake.. That's not all, every tourist needs advice, and directions, but the reception staff were unhelpful..
"hey could u tell were the nearest station is?"
the reply was=
"I'm sorry I do not nw"
To my suprise it was just down the road(nathan rd)
the worst experimce was when I had checked out and rhe assisstant manager accussed my family on robbery on pillows and towels. Like I'd travel 6000 miles for some towels and pillows, he instruced that he needed to check my luggage or he would not let me go! Ended up having to pay for sum poxy pillows and towels.. Worst holiday experimce. Would not recommened
