Their service is impeccable. Always friendly, alert, and accommodating, especially in the restaurants.

The rooms are a little small, but what they lack in size they make up in all the little details. From the practical decor to the nice little bathroom amenities, it made staying there for a business trip for 5 days pleasant and comfortable.

When booking this hotel I strongly urge people to splash out a little more and get a room with a harbopur view. The night time show played out on the buildings on Hong Kong Island is just incredible.

As for the hotel, this is truely a 5 star hotel. My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times and each time we are greatly impressed with the service of teh staff and the quality of the rooms.

I booked the room through the hotel website which I found to have the best prices. Yes the prices are a little on the expensive side, but when you get a harbour view room it's definately worth it.

The buffet breakfast on the 1st floor is turely one of the best in the world and if your lucky enough you can get a table with a view looking down Nathan Rd.

The hotel is well located on Nathan Rd, near the MTR (great way to travel around the city). I do strongly advise that if your in Hong Kong for shopping go to Mongkok or to Hong Kong Island, the prices are much cheaper than on Nathan Rd in Kowloon.

Stayed at the Sheraton for seven nights during Lunar New Year in February. Found staff at reception helpful and asked if we would like to inspect our room prior to committing to it. Upon inspection found the view to be breathtaking and the room clean, fresh and pleasant. Bathroom a tad small, but fantastic view. Found room service to be prompt, inexpensive and very tasty. Purchased alcohol from local 7-Eleven store to enjoy in room and watch the Symphony of Lights, from the comfort of our room (outstanding). Used the Tour Desk based in hotel on a couple of occasions and found them very informative and helpful, especially "Shirley". At time of our stay hotel undergoing major redevelopment, which we were made aware of prior to booking, however, did not affect our stay in any way. Breakfast cafe had a vast array of foods to choose from with views overlooking Nathan Road, staff very pleasant. Great location, short walk to Ferry terminal and other attractions.

Stopped over in HK in December and stayed at the Sheraton. The hotel is located in Tsim Sha Tsui next to the Peninsula Hotel. Location is good - a 5-minute walk from the subway, which is efficient and reaches most places travellers would probably visit.

Staff at reception were efficient and spoke English fluently - as did most staff in the hotel. Rooms were clean and reasonably luxurious - if relatively cramped. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has been around for a while and was refurbished a few years ago - as such it looks neat and modern despite its age. I got lucky and got a room facing Hong Kong island and the famous Hong Kong skyline - perhaps one of the greatest views in the world.

All in all, the hotel is a solid and formulaic - if slightly tired - upmarket chain hotel aimed mostly at business travellers. Prices can be on the high side, but unfortunately Hong Kong hotels are expensive at the best of times. There are better values to be found, but for the legions of travellers looking for a Starwood property in central HK - this is it for now. In conclusion - the solid and safe choice.
