“budget means tiny insingapore”

The moment u enter there is no one to help u with the luggage , thats ok but. there are no cupboards in the rooms for the stuff also. then the bathroom is almost microscopic,really tiny even the bathroom door opens folding(there is no space).the room is almost the size of the bed ony 8 inches extra on the foot side and 26 inches on the getting off side the other 2 sides are stuck to the wall.the rooms are sealed but there is good exhaust and u dont get the stuffy damp feeling. the staff is good and helpful.we stayed for 14 days . its definetly clean and there are few grocery stores and a pizza restaurand nearby. stay there only if u cum for short time or are out most of the day.

My wife and I went to Singapore for a 3 night stay. Our accommodation requirement was only to sleep and keep all our luggages safely; as all through out the day we spent our time visiting places.

So for this requirement Hotel Fragrance - Rose suited well for us for a reasonably cheap price where many other hotels are very expensive.

The room is very small which was not an issue for us as most of the time we were out.

The room was very clean.

Don't................for the love of god................EVER STAY HERE!

Put it this way, these are the type of hotels that they rent out by the hour which really didn't sit well with me when i found stains on my bed sheets and pillows on the first night.

If it wasn't for singapore being totally booked out & the fact that i didn't arrive till midnight i would have been out of this place in a flash.................

Fragrance Hotel (Rose) - Singapore: 'I have seen better dog kennels'

My partner and i booked a deluxe room at this hotel with asiahotel.com, on arrival we were given the keys to a room i can only describe as no bigger than a dog kennel with the ensuite being the size of a cuboard holding a toilet and a shower head with neither curtain or partion parting them. Two minutes after arrival we asked for a better room saying we had paid for a deluxe ensuite room, we were told that was the only room available. We then contacted Susanna of asiahotels.com to explain the position we were in and was offered some phone numbers of different hotels we could try, all this after traveling. On finding out we were to be charged for a room for one day even thought no way could it be classed as a deluxe room i contacted Susanna of asiahotels by email to complain and asked if she would send someone to look at the room she had found for us and explain how in the world it could be classed as deluxe.... at this time i am still awaiting a response from asiahotels.com W Hayes
