Beautiful and convenient, but it ends there. No electric adapters or outlet options, No mini-bar, no information of any kind in the room.

I had to call the front desk 6 times in 10 minutes...not even a room service menu.

Room service charges 50% surcharge and has very little food.

No movie channels.

These are all basic things that you find at modern hotels in Latin America. I know...I live here.

They need a new manager...or maybe they just need A MANAGER!

This hotel opened in the 2nd quarter of 2007. My wife and I stayed one night, arriving around midnight and leaving next day. We judged this the best hotel in which we stayed over a seven-week visit to South America involving six countries.
For an airport hotel it is perfectly located, literally across the road from the terminal - a 100 metre walk.
Our room was large, well-lit , climate controlled (both rarities in South America), well-appointed with modern fittings, soundproofed and equipped with excellent light-screening window curtains. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom also was large and well-equipped, with good lighting and lots of space on the bench. Overall the room reflected particularly good planning in its layout and fittings - an excellent job.
The staff were attentive. There was a problem with the elevators on the night we arrived, and a bellboy cheerfully carried our two 20kg-plus bags (one in each hand) up five flights of stairs almost as quickly as we climbed them without bags!
There was free Internet service available behind the lobby, with several terminals.
The breakfast was of good quality and with a wide range of offerings, both uncooked and cooked.
I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay at or near Santiago airport.
