This is a very average 3 star hotel. You get all the basic stuff. No AC, just a ceiling fan. You can hear a bit of noise outside the door if people walk a bit loud or talk since sound insulation isn't great, which i think is like most other 3 stars in Peru. It might only be a problem for light sleepers.
